Every format starts as an argument about what people will keep coming back to.
Three original unscripted micro series, developed in-house and built vertical-first. Each is built on a repeatable engine before it goes near a camera. All three are available for co-production, financing and platform partnership.
The Selloff: Miami
Four top Miami real estate agents. Four bets. Who is the king or queen of selling South Beach?
The engine is a standings table. Every listing is an episode — the pitch, the showing, the offer, the close or the collapse — and every close moves an agent up or down. A season has a scoreboard, so a viewer who joins at episode forty still knows exactly what is at stake, and the format resets the moment a new season of listings begins. Real estate has produced hit access shows; none of them has kept score. That is the gap, and it is also what makes the format portable — the same engine runs in New York, Los Angeles or Dubai without rewriting a thing.

The format arrives with a name the audience already follows — into a competition that keeps score.

Bring us a format.
We co-develop, and we read everything that comes in. If the engine holds for sixty episodes we will tell you, and if it does not we will tell you that too.
